Showing 346 registered sales. The figures above are based on 322 of them; the rest are set aside by the five rules on this page.
Map locations are estimated by matching register addresses to open and community-sourced location data. They are approximate and improve as that data improves. Sales not yet matched to a location are listed but not pinned; the count is shown beside the map.
Bopperty Adjusted figures. The register records every filing, including sales flagged as not full market price, entries later withdrawn or corrected, prices that are clearly not a market price for a home, and new-build prices entered without VAT. Left in, these pull the averages away from what a typical home actually sold for. Bopperty Adjusted figures apply five fixed rules, identically to every year since 2010: sales flagged on the register as not full market price are excluded; entries since withdrawn from the register are excluded; prices below €25,000 are excluded; Bopperty applies a 13.5% adjustment to entries recorded as new; and any sale priced more than six times, or less than one sixth of, the typical price for its own area and year is excluded from the averages. The typical price is the middle value, so no single extreme sale can drag it. Nothing is deleted: every sale, at its exact registered price, remains in the sales list and on the map, and 'Register as published' shows the unfiltered figures one tap away. Current-year figures are provisional and settle as the register fills in. Completed-year figures are ordinarily stable but may change where source records are corrected or withdrawn or where Bopperty revises its methodology. Our figures are not mix-adjusted and differ from official CSO indices. How these figures are calculated.

My Bopperty is where the work of a move stays put: what you're looking for, the area reports you return to, the readiness results you choose to save, and the areas you want to watch. It is free, no card required.
Save what you're looking for — area, budget, property type and the other details you choose to add. Edit or clear it whenever you like. Your saved search isn't public and isn't shown to estate agents.
Keep the areas you're weighing up close at hand. Your account gives you a larger free area-report allowance, and you can re-open reports you've already read.
Save a readiness result to My Bopperty and open it again later. It replays the checklist as it stood when you saved, so you can pick up where you left off on any device.
Watch the areas that matter to you and we'll email you the moment a home goes live in one of them, ahead of its wider marketing. Each watch is optional and can be stopped at any time.
